Urgent for all editors , is there any way to make i900 menu like this one ??!!

Hello all :D

i just saw new phone from samsung , see the menu on it :

can you see the numbers above ??

this is what i mean , i would like to make my menu separate to parts , every part with number

that's mean i will see ALL my menu items without scrolling the menu

please help all and join this project if you can

because i am new at the windows mobile world , and i hate the scrolling to see more items

also i am using OCK's room , and there is a lot of items in the main menu , so this will be very useful

and please if this project is IMPOSSIBLE , how can i manage my main menu folders in folders to avoid scrolling ??

like in nokia , folder for all sitting , folder for all media , folder for office tools , etc

i can't do that like in nokia , because i can't make new folder at the main menu like in nokia
