Flashed Omnia i900 instead of i910

Hello, I'm Garren and I am new to this post, and I'm a super noob!

1. Bought a Samsung Omnia SCH-I910 v. (Verizon) from a guy on craigslist. It had some issues.

2. Tried to update using Verizon (SCH-i910 User Upgrade Tool) but it kept failing to recognize my device.

3. Read some forum and tried the update from Samsung Singapore (i900DXHH1) which did work, but did not change the slowness issue.

4. Tried to Flash using the (UMDL_Omnia_v2.3) utility along with the Verizon (CF03 ROM).

5. I have the correct Samsung USB Driver software installed along with ActiveSync 4.5.

6. When I flash using the UMDL utility it gets to the EBOOT fine but then I get (FlashImage: WriteFail) and (FlashImage: ReadAckFail).

then (Download Failed). I reboot the device and Hard Reset and Format the device and it takes me back to the i900DXHH1 image.

7. I have tried different ROM's and they all fail to load, I need to find a way to Flash my device with a stable rom that works, I do think that this guy tried to flash the device before and screwed up. Oh and he won't return my calls.

8. As of now I am trying to flash the Verizon (CF03 ROM) again. If you have any ideas how to convert my device back to the original Verizon settings it would be great.
