Guest rss2k Posted February 17, 2010 Report Posted February 17, 2010 All, today I had a strange problem. My Pulse would not make any sound at all. No problems if I used my carkit. Rebooted it, reinstalled MCR 1.7. But all to no avail. Almost went to the T-Mobile shop. But suddenly I had a luminous idea: maybe there was a problem with the headphone connector. I put the headphone in and sound worked on headphone, then removed headphone and sound works again. Strangest part is that I have never used the headphone connector before. Anyone else had this problem? Maybe some dust came into the port?

Anyone else had this problem? Maybe some dust came into the port? I had exactly the same problem. Went over to Ireland on the plane, came off the Plane and the speaker just stopped working. I blame the god damn plane! After muchos arguing with T-Mobile I finally got them to come to my house to do a straight swap for the broken handset for the new one. Wish I tried your magical plug headphones trick in now.
