wavesecure locked my phone

I am hoping someone here can help me as my emails to Wavesecure have gone unanswered. I have a G1 phone and downloaded Wavesecure a while ago but never set it up in any way. Today, on a very short air flight, I decided to use the airplane setting as opposed to shutting my phone off. When I did that, wavesecure locked my phone, and I have no password to unlock it. It picked up my ICE info from my contacts so when I tried to get a temp password the program is tried to send a SMS message to the ICE number which is , unfortunately, a land line. I am stumped. I called T-mobile customer service but their only solution is for me to wipe my phone which I really don't want to do.

I have emailed wave secure but as of yet, no answer from them. Does anyone have a solution?

wave secure can be quite slow to answer emails have you tried opening the app and pressing menu then settings because the airplane lock is auto enabled and there are options to change the pin also you could try the forgot password option or in phone settings remove the wave secure app.

sorry just noticed the phone is locked so none of the above is possible try sending secure unlock from another phone to your locked phone
