Requirements:

1) ADB / Android SDK

Guide:

1) Download the file

2) adb remount

3) adb push build.prop /system/

4) adb reboot

I'm using Nexus One build strings, so in theory you should see all apps! I'm seeing them :D

EDIT: Seems like this shows a few more paid apps, but not every. Will look into it.

A few, and that because they aren't working, like Barcode Scanner and Google Goggles, tried installing them manually and they keep failing.

Did you try wiping after pushing the build.prop? That worked for me. The market caches some data which could be wiped easily on 1.6 (erase Market and Google Apps data) but the option to do that disappeared in 2.1.

No need to wipe. It seems that market applies fingerprint only ones a day.

To have the new fingerprint (stored in build.prop) applied, simply follow these steps :

- close market

- replace de /system/build.prop with the new one

- set time to 11:59 PM

- wait until 00:01 AM

- launch marlet ==> hidden apps must appear

- replace correct date.
