Just take one of current custom themes(like amarullz greenblack or CondorGT black) themes and replace pictures in cab with yours :D

but it takes a lot of time ofcourse... :D

WinCE Cab Manager... works fine for me :D

had the same ideas as you, i even dreamed about how my phone's gonna look like, but stopped halfways as it took me about half hour for one picture in PS... i gave up before i was even on the middle of it xD

LOL me too! Its a nightmare doing themes as its not only doing the pic but when you install them sometimes it screws up the screens resolutions then your soft resetting 100 times to get things back to normal. I also ended up finding what I wanted to create
