im stuck!!! help anyone

any help. im stuck when im trying to fastboot- windows device it wont show the serail thing and i cannot go more. i download the superboot already i wondoer where seems to be the problem. i wonder if anyone has the original default (recovery/ back up /NANdroid) so i can restore my nexus one to the manufacture state. many thanks
