Guest MrVanes Posted February 19, 2010 Report Posted February 19, 2010 I wonder if exchange calendar sync support is implemented in Liquid's or OASP Eclair or not? Tonight I updated to Angio's 1.7 and I can set up an exchange e-mail account, but there is no calendar sync for this account. Am I missing something or would Eclair AOSP support exchange calendar sync?
Guest Andy__P Posted February 19, 2010 Report Posted February 19, 2010 I haven't tried exchange sync but i noticed that Facebook sync doesn't work either. Whenever i try to add the sync it takes me back to the sync mainpage. I'm using ACR 1.6. I also asked in the ACR Thread but got no response whatsoever lol. But anyway i'm happy with the 2.1 stuff so i can live without fb sync i guess. Especially since it's a beta leak. Would have been nice though.
Guest Angio Posted February 19, 2010 Report Posted February 19, 2010 I can add exchange and someone can test it, next release coming soon....
Guest Topogigi Posted February 19, 2010 Report Posted February 19, 2010 I can add exchange and someone can test it, next release coming soon.... I'm an exchange sync user: only emails and contacts are synced. No option for calendar sync (tried the corporate calendar from droid too but it does not install)

Guest nikjensie Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 I'm an exchange sync user: only emails and contacts are synced. No option for calendar sync (tried the corporate calendar from droid too but it does not install) I use CorCal.apk in 1.7 and it works just great. You can't install it as any APK though, you have to push it: adb remount adb push CorCal.apk /system/app adb reboot //Nik

Guest rrunner1 Posted February 22, 2010 Report Posted February 22, 2010 Great, I've been looking for a good Exchange sync since I got my Liquid :-) 1 question: is this OTA / Activesync you guys are talking about or a USB sync? thanks, Erik
Guest nikjensie Posted February 22, 2010 Report Posted February 22, 2010 Angio, any chance you might be able to include the CorCal.apk in the next release? Do you know what's up with the Facebook sync? //Nik

I am rooted and flashed eclair custom rom 1.1 by Angio. thanx Danny
Guest nikjensie Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 You need to have ADB up and running.... there is loads of threads and guides here in the Acer forum. When you do you can put the APK in the same folder as you adb.exe and then start a Command Prompt in the directory of you ADB, then type: adb remount (you should get a successful message) adb push CorCal.apk /system/app (it should send the file to your phone) adb reboot (your phone should reboot) //Nik
Guest limas123 Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 How can I remove this aplication from my phone?
