It's not.

Ext4 isn't good for SDcards anyway: Better use ext2.

Ext2 doesn't have journaling... What happens to your data in case you run out of battery?

LCR will automatically check fs integrity on each boot. So if somethings goes wrong on latest shutdown it will be fixed on next boot.

Using a journalised fs is not a good choose as it increase the number of wrinting and should reduce your sdcard life. Ext2 is a good choice for this.

I assume you mean Acer_Liquid_1.004x which is based off of Android 1.6 and not LiquidE (2 different things). Although it "seems" faster, games will not be.

Amm.........Acer Liquid E 1.004x is Liquid (E) base (2.1 rom).....not early bin .

I upgrade from Acer Liquid 1.005x (1.6 rom) to Acer Liquid E 1.004x gen1 2.1rom.

so... test to play Asphalt 5 this game at first is working fine on base 2.1rom and correctly .

but use Acer Liquid 1.005x (1.6 rom)old rom is not correctly.

I think Asphalt 5 this game have 6 or 7...etc .........I don't think so

but, this game is a target to test all bin rom is very well now.

it (this game) give me know Acer Liquid E 0.008x bin is not a good bin, it hang my machine . radio signo. and wifi sign. is weak too !!

because other company example : HTC OR OTHER really 1.6 firmware or 2.1 firmware play this game is very correctly,

but cpu slow than Acer Liquid.......you can understand my means !! bad bin is 0.008x

Otherwise, I suggest use this game to test all bin (IS /NOT) slow system bin is the best choice.

Anyway, I know make a system is very hard and go out pirvate times. and very special thks for your attention.

I wanna the amend rom is fast to control system and game too !!

If a NEW BIN go out , or LCR update rom go out, I hope that can run this game first to test and base 0.008x maybe not compliant a good bin.

BUT no other choice the 2.1rom ;)

Thanks alot for the great rom, i'm on LCR 1.2.4 but once i upgrade to 1.3 i lose the radio, and no gsm networks nor simcard were detected, i dunno whether i'm the only one with such problem or not, i tired installing/wiping data more than once, my device is Liquid s100.

thanks again.

Guest audiobastard

make sure you install the 0.008 bin if your using LCR 1.3. You can't use the same bin you used on 1.2.4. to load up 1.3. It will result in exacly the errors you got.

You should read the instructions before flashing. :-)

You need to flash the new 0008.006 BIN file (and the new baseband included in it) for your phone to work properly.

It's the very first line in the install instructions.

since 2 days now, sometime i found my phone like turn off. no led blinking, nothing on screen.

and when i try to turn on again, nothing happen too.

i was thinking about battery empty, but when i remove battery, and put it back, and turn on again, my phone start nromally, and battery indicator say that i still have energy.

any one have this issue? just to know if any fix exist already, or do i have to be careful and open a bug or something.

thanks in advance for your answer,
