Guest steelgrey75 Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 I was wondering if there is any software I can use to turn my pulse into a wifi hotspot. I used to own a Nokia N97 and it had a program on it that allowed you to do this. It was great for playing online with my PSP at work. I would love to be able to do this again if it is possible.

Guest Bakes Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 PDAnet isn't a wifi hotspot creator tbh, it just lets you share your connection with your PC. Proxoid is the same (but free :D) Unfortunately, the Pulse (as of yet) does not support what you want. It's a shame, I wanted it too :D. I think there's a thread about it, try searching this forum.
Guest steelgrey75 Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 Well hopefully somebody somewhere is working on this right now
Guest Blake Loring Posted February 22, 2010 Report Posted February 22, 2010 The only problem is that the people trying to compile Netfiler into the custom kernel are running into issues with the operating system crashing during the shutdown of Netfiler. It probably won't be too long until somebody works it out.
Guest steelgrey75 Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 Well lets hope somebody will sort it out as this app will rock!!
