Can't find digital clock widget on Market

Hi,

I'm looking for the one from Maize labs to put it on my Pulse, but Market says it cannot find it. Does anybody knwow why? Is there an other way to install apps except from the Android Market application?

Indeed that one is not too bad, but still the problem with Maize is weird. Is it the same for all the phones or only the Pulse can't download? Any clues?
