Reorder Settings Menu List

Is there anyway to change the order of the items in the Settings tab menu list on Sense UI?

I'd like to have the one relating to battery / power near the top of the list so I don't have to scroll down to get to it. I've tried 'press and hold' to move items as you can on the 'Start' menu but this doesn't work on the 'Settings' list.

I've searched on the XDA Dev site too, but haven't found an answer.
