Phone Service is off by Default

I got a refurbished Omnia about a week ago and I have been having a strange problem where the phone service is off by default after a soft reset. Why is this? And how could I fix this little problem?

hi there :( you could try setting up your service provider's network.

start > settings>phone>network > set networks . try this and update us. have a nice day .
