Where is the Ram of liquid?

Hi at all!!

I got an Acer Liquid Wirh LCR 1.1, the acer liquid specs tell that this phone got 256Mb of Ram.

But when i try to ask at the kernel how many ram?

it tell me that:

$adb shell free

total used free shared buffers

Mem: 153628 150728 2900 0 12

Swap: 0 0 0

Total: 153628 150728 2900

Why the total mem is 150Mb?

I'm sorry if it's a stupid question... but i would like to understand..

Android system takes space thats why its not 25xmb of RAM when u run adb shell free.
