Little help for a newbie, WM 6.5&M2D on OMNIA where and how?

I have the original Omnia I900, I not much into phones and most of the things here don't mean anything for me, I was looking the forum for at least 30 minutes, found different topics but there are so many things, so many topic, I'm totally confused. I would like to ask for some help if possible.

I just want to put latest build of windows mobile 6.5 on my Omnia, that's all.

Which topic should I see? I also don't know how to install it over the previous one, which topic will help me for that?

Also if I understand correctly I can put this M2D thing after I install the WM 6.5 Is that correct?

Where to find a good M2D and how to install it as well?

I'm really sorry of the lame questions, a little help will be appreciated a lot.

If you want M2D, take the PDhee_i900Omnia_23529_M2Dv2_beta1. It has the M2D built in (better performance and waaay less trouble/time than if you installed it manually)

If you plan on running SPB mobile shell or something other than M2D, take the PDhee_i900Omnia_23540_Lite_beta1

Gen6, to install (flash) new rom, don't forget to install Samsung modem driver and Activesync on your Windows XP. After that, connect your phone to PC (by cable), double click on .exe file of your new rom, soft reset with stylus and when you will see "PDA ready to download" pres "Start", wait until you will see "Job done", disconnect phone from PC, wait for 2 restarts of the phone, and that's it. Enjoy.
