Guest lysin Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 Thank you!! , now this makes me want to get the desire even more :( , its not that i dont like sense, but i want to experience the "full google experience" as well But desire comes with Sense by default, just like Hero... You must mean Nexus, maybe?
Guest Chad Petree Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 But desire comes with Sense by default, just like Hero... You must mean Nexus, maybe? No, desire, its better to get the desire which has sense, if i get tired of it i just turn it off, but i get the nexus and want to use sense would be much mroe complicated
Guest lysin Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 Oh, okey... Sorry if I misunderstood! :(
Guest commodoor Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 No, desire, its better to get the desire which has sense, if i get tired of it i just turn it off, but i get the nexus and want to use sense would be much mroe complicated ok haha it made me also think, but you can also put the sense on Nexus(thnx to Paul) you can read it here http://bit.ly/aoCmXM it is in alha stage but looks stable
Guest dolby71 Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 it's a bit more hassle, but it's possible. thing is, once the bravo is out i reckon the nexus prices might drop a bit, so i'd wait... actually, that's what i'm planning on doing...

Yhea but my contract ends next month and non of the phones (Nexus, Bravo) is out here. so i'm getting Nexus the unofficial way. so i can renew my contract without getting a new phone, its cheaper also :(

Guest Dr. dre Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 I have another question, to go back to sense ui? Even i was about to ask this one, but I think after a reboot it asks you which one do you want to choose.
Guest commodoor Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 Do the same but this time choose home and clear defaults :(
Guest Dr. dre Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 I have another question, to go back to sense ui? If you have choosed the Android UI as your default theme then you have to do the same with 'home' in apps option but if you haven't choosed it as default then just give a reboot.

No no that's not the problem, what you said was right, but i thought i'll let this guy know if he hasn't selected 'home' as his default.

Ok got it, But i tried this a while ago and i didn't like the android 1.5 UI it was just missing something, I also tried 2.1 UI and that one was better in contacts and messages.

Ya! Even I tried this thing a while ago, actually I like flashy OS but this one was not for me. It was very basic and I like the Sense UI, Personal Preference. :(
