Guest havocxrush Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 to either sell in the future if needed or to make it simpler when acers real update is out the door. Anything? constand freezes and radio errors on all roms for me so I need to go back to the old radio, kernel, and rom
Guest Andy__P Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 Isn't it just by flashing your original .bin (or an official update) with the acer tool?

Anything? constand freezes and radio errors on all roms for me so I need to go back to the old radio, kernel, and rom Just use the Acer Download Tools to flash it back to the very first ROM. So, the boot image, recovery image and the ROM will be back to the original state. :( For my Liquid, that's the "Acer Liquid 1.001.05-AAP-CSL"

Guest havocxrush Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 same, hk, no nandroid backup no baseband restore
Guest malez Posted February 27, 2010 Report Posted February 27, 2010 I can provide you a system img file from 1.02.03 and an original recovery. you can find 1.0.4 bin files. so downgrade with bin files for radio then flash system and then do a factory wipe. what was your initial rom version ? are you in EMEA , CSL, ... ?
Guest chingy1788 Posted February 27, 2010 Report Posted February 27, 2010 the problem is where do we get the radio? the original system.imgs have already been posted on these forums
Guest malez Posted February 27, 2010 Report Posted February 27, 2010 the problem is where do we get the radio? the original system.imgs have already been posted on these forums The ONLY way to change radio is the use of BIN file with acer tools. So use the older bin flie available (1.04 if think). Unfortunatly radio could be more recent than your original one. 1.02.03 radio was A1-01-02.01. From what I have read, someone who sent is phone to warranty received it flashed with 1.08 version. So maybe you coud simply install a complete bin file even if it's not exactly what you had out of box. Is asked me the same question as you a lot of time and that's with is never used bin files...until i try 2.1. :(
