Files have usual names no more than 20 characters.

The filename including the fullpathname must not exceed 255 characters/bytes on a fat32 storage card. Some characters count as 2 bytes engn a chinese character.

i am havin d same issue with all files and then the device is disconnected from activesync and even from usb
