T Pulse software failure

:( :( My T Pulse recently developed a problem where it would kick me out of internet browsing after about 2 mins. This would happen continously regardless if on wifi or otherwise.

Then it crashed whilst on internet, switched it off / on and became stuck on TMobile logo and never moved from this.

Went back to Tmobile shop this week, they think it to be software crash and they sent it to repairs at Milton Keynes for upto 28 days!!!!

I only had the Tmobile December update installed...

Its been a very buggy mobile...got it on the website sale £91 though my wife's one bought at Tmobile shop has been more reliable...

Did you try a factory restore befor you took it to be sent away? This usually fixes software glitches.

No I did not _ I didn't think that would be enough to sort this out, though i take your point.

T Mobile staff didn't mention it either - when I spoke about how to resolve it.
