Meridian / mVideoPlayer subtitles problem

Hi guys, does any of you have an idea how to "enable" European special characters, so they could be displayed correctly?

for example "Chápete, "Nejlepší nápad Papá Doca",to je "Port-au-Prince."

result in "Ch?pete, "Nejlep?? n?pad Pap? Doca",to je "Port-au-Prince."

those ??? are inside a 25% turned square, any ideas ? thx

I'd guess it is a problem with what character code support. Most likely the videoplayer simply does not support the character encoding used since it does not contain the special characters used.

Ask the developer I'd say and see what he/she says about it and if there's going to be future support for it.

Save subtitles files in UTF-8 format.
