Hey guys.

I got bored this evening and thought I would see what it would look like changing the Hero SenseUI bottom Navbar/Launcher to one resembling the Nexus One's Launcher2.

I'm using the images from Launcher2.apk and have modded them slightly to fit in with Stickman89's port of Manup456's SenseHero theme. I'm quite happy with the result so far but the problem I've run into is the "Phone" text thats over the middle button.

Does anyone have any idea if/how its possible to remove it? Same goes for the "Remove" text when deleting an item. I can only assume its something in one of the Rosie.apk xml files but I'm not sure how to edit them to see!

Screenshots below of it so far:

I thought it lokked quite cool, so I took the liberty of making this myself. I have however stumpled upon an issue.

When adding one of HTCs widgets, there are some trouble. It is in every one of them where you have choices

between different layouts. I have attached a screenshot to demonstrate.

My homescreen:

Add widget:

This is interesting. I actually dont have that issue. The only one I had with the adding of widgets is the original Left/Right arrows overlaying with the Nexus icons but it actually looks ok plus I could simply blank the images out by fiddling with the .apk they're in.

I think the reason your having this problem may be due to the image you've replaced with the Nexus Launcher png's. If you change the navbar background then this would produce that effect. I simply blanked out the background and the page scroller indicator and just replaced the left_button_* / middle_button_* ? / right_button_*.png's with the Nexus images (I also shrank the middle one to fit in with the Phone text nicely)

If you like I can upload my Rosie.apk so you can see which images I altered but remember I used the SenseHero theme as a base so some images in the apk are already modded for that theme (mainly all stock green highlights/buttons/etc are blue).

Lemme know if you want it :(

It is not the NeXus Launcher2, it is merely a modification of Rosie.

Here is a Launcher for 1.5 it would work on newer MCR Builds if i have a odex file :) I use it on Achteesee Rom ;-) This Launcher has the future that u can choose up to 10 homescreens and u can choose which of this 10 homescreens is your default.

Have fun!
