Phone slowdown apps on bootloader

Hi,

I'm running modaco custom Rom 3.1 with 1.92 kernel. Recently my phone has been slowing down immensely. I have process manager and see apps like last fm, open home, scoreboard are on the bootloader. Even if I kill them they seem to reappear. Tried using auto killer to keep RAM free but my super user permissions isn't working, I just get a black screen. Tried disabling comocache but my adb shell isn't working. Anyone have any advice.

to enable superuser go to settings and make sure usb debugging is set.
