Guest tristan202 Posted February 28, 2010 Report Posted February 28, 2010 As the title says. I have tried everything. I have wiped all, and tried a fresh install, and it just loops the bootscreen. I usually run MCR3.2b5, but have tried some other roms now as well, and the issue persists. I will post back after I have tried flashing a 2.x rom.
Guest jay8ee Posted February 28, 2010 Report Posted February 28, 2010 Are you able to do a Nandroid restore? You did do a back-up right? :( That's If you can get tot the recovery screen
Guest tristan202 Posted February 28, 2010 Report Posted February 28, 2010 It happened from my nandroid backup as well. But I have found the problem now. It was a bad partition table. After repartitioning all was fine again.

Guest rayboy Posted July 1, 2010 Report Posted July 1, 2010 Still getting the boot loop, have tried R3, R4, R5 customed baked with AND without A2SD, have repartitioned my SD card with only a single FAT32 partition now, still no luck. Have also flashed to latest radio *PU version, I was on OU before that. Anyone got any more ideas? I'm using the stock 2.1 chungwa rom. HELP
Guest rayboy Posted July 4, 2010 Report Posted July 4, 2010 Is there some log file that I can look at to see what's causing the reboots? Using adb?
Guest piab Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 I solved a reboot loop by changing to the recovery-clockwork-2.5.1.3-blade-ext3.img clockwork I was getting an endless loop with the recovery_clockwork_2.5.1.8_blade.img clockwork I choose those clockwork files as they support TFT screens device: - WHITE (GF's!) TFT OSF after changing clockworkmod version i successfully install japanese jelly r4 and then the new kernel r4 zip too (out-dated now as r5 is out) a looping boot would have had me crying in my beer (especially as it wasn't my phone) if i hadn't read plenty of threads on modaco. cheers to all concerned
