Guest andavane Posted February 28, 2010 Report Posted February 28, 2010 The Question of Touch Screen Restrictions was answered nicely for me; however this has raised more questions for me, the first one being: If I'd had an anti-static stylus with me when I'd ordered my first Android set - HTC Hero - might I perhaps have found myself able to use it more accurately? :( (The issue in that thread just mentioned was the physical difficulty of holding the set & hitting the right letter. I use a lot of foreign words, so predictive help is limited for me). DougEdey & others told me things I'd never heard of, so I guess I'm now back on the full hunt. An added factor is that I do like the push--pull idea as in the Sony Ericsson C905, as it extends the length of the phone, and I also have limited reach to my ear (I console myself by thethought that I'm not frying my brain so much :( ) Any further thoughts on push-pull sliders with qwerty keyboards in Android, and of info on touch screens would be very welcome indeed. Regards,
