Is there a way to copy full rom and create .bin?

I know there is a way to get boot and recovery and other partitions, but is there a way to dump everything and after that combine it in BIN file, which will contain everything including firmware radio?

I have assumption that because bin means binary all dumpted partitions can be raw copied, but not sure if this is what BIN really contain.

The purpose I open this topic is because I have bought Liquid with HK rom AAP-CSL and since there is no bin on the net I would like to create one in case people need to revert to this stock rom and send to repair for example.

Any ideas are appreciated :(
