Apps Gone from Market....?

HELP!!!!

I have a nexus which a friend rooted and superbooted etc and then chucked on the sense ROM so it runs the desire interface.

Most things are going well except -

when i go to app market certain apps just dont seem to exist such as 'google goggles' 'what the doodle' 'layars' - does this mean i am running a lower version of android now? Previously I had them on the nexus one when it ran the android interface....

is there any thing i can do about this?

and ideas would be useful!

This IS a known issue, please read the Desire ROM thread. There is no work around yet
