Guest PhonePersona Posted March 2, 2010 Report Posted March 2, 2010 I just installed 5.0.4.1 over my 'Cooked' 5.0.3. Seems stable :(
Guest tasomaniac Posted March 2, 2010 Report Posted March 2, 2010 I just installed 5.0.4.1 over my 'Cooked' 5.0.3. Seems stable :( I was thinking about it too. Are the Modaco things still installed? For example app2sd or Htc keyboard still working?
Guest ZeroXtreme Posted March 2, 2010 Report Posted March 2, 2010 (edited) I was thinking about it too. Are the Modaco things still installed? For example app2sd or Htc keyboard still working? You will have to install the HTC keyboard from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=624416 although there are some issues with landscape from what I hear. You will also have to manually enable Apps2SD as per instructions here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=627044 But they do work on CM 5.4.0.1 as I am using that ROM now and have no problems, but I only implemented Apps2SD and not the HTC keyboard. Hope this was helpful. Edited March 2, 2010 by ZeroXtreme
Guest PhonePersona Posted March 2, 2010 Report Posted March 2, 2010 (edited) I was thinking about it too. Are the Modaco things still installed? For example app2sd or Htc keyboard still working? I'm no longer using A2SD cos I never have more than 30-36 apps installed on my phone (hardly use any of them for the most part in fact). The HTC keyboard is gone and I'm not sure I want it back. Don't get me wrong, its got some great features, but I think I prefer the stock keyboard. Does anyone know if this new 5.0.4 kernel is undervolted by any chance? Edited March 2, 2010 by PhonePersona
