rocket mail / yahoo pop setting

hi all i am having a nigh meare with setting up rocketmail on my tg

it turns out you have to pay yahoo £20 for the privlidge to have email forwarded to your other email account

i want set up outlook so i can get them sent to my phone each hour but dont aggre to having to pay for it

any ideas to get other's than payy is there an app . also pop settingsdont work

Free Yahoo accounts in the US don't provide POP access, but in the UK, Europe, and Asia they do. So you can either use a service like YPOPs or I believe you can go into Yahoo Mail options and change your region to UK. This won't change your email address, but I understand (not had to try it myself) that it should enable free POP access.
