Does Modaco 3.1 support 63.18.55.06JU_6.35.09.26?

I have seen many people comment on Modaco 3.0 with 63.18.55.06JU_6.35.08.29.

But now I have seen Modaco 3.1 exists and Paul recommends 63.18.55.06JU_6.35.08.29 (as it was the latest radio in the time of writing).

However, I have seen that a newer radio exists 63.18.55.06JU_6.35.09.26 and no one commented on it with Modaco 3.1, I have also seen people saying ROM's sometimes match radio version.

Does Modaco 3.1 support the new radio?

Or should I stick with 63.18.55.06JU_6.35.08.29 as Paul suggests?

Thanks, just another noob question, what should be updated first?

The radio or the rom?

Also as I understand the radio is updated just like regular rom (move to SD card as update.zip and run from recovery), is that correct?

Also as I have seen in a G1 radio + mod update, I need to wipe data, update radio, wipe data , update mod.

Is that correct?

Does'nt matter in witch order you update.

Yes, exactly the same way

No, if you just want to flash the new radio you should'nt have to wipe and reflash the rom

Radio's are ROM independant - the ROM doesn't care what you're using.

Thanks.

But for the process itself, If i'm using Stock ROM 2.73.405.5

And as Paul states I do not need to 'wipe', and radio does not require 'wipe' I just need to install radio and install MCR without erasing my data or anything?

Sorry for bugging I just want to make sure as it sounds weird that I don't have to do anything special

Just flash the newest Radio ROM and MCR 3.1 without a wipe you don't need a wipe. You'll have no problem
