help needed

hi need some help on the following phone CECT i9 mini KA08

i have 2 pay as you go sims in it

and need help to set up web browser on the o2 network if possible

or if not o2 then vodaphone

tried speaking to o2 but not much help

any help with this would be great

when i try to web browse it says gprs not subscribed
