Bring back boot sound after MCR install?

I have just installed MCR 3.1 successfully and I have not understood how to add bootsounds when flashing the rom.

Is it possible to bring back the bootsounds via some configuration after I have flahsed the rom or do I need to reflash with some configuration in the zip file itself?

But how do I apply the update from the MCR 3.1 post.

Aside from not knowing how to apply it, it seems it requires the update to be applied during flashing, besides an explanation on how to apply the update, is it possible to update it after flashing?

After you flashed mcr 3.1, download the sound pack, reboot, enter your recovery and apply update.zip <_<
