Few issues of mine needs help, m8s!

Hi, m8s...

I said to myself to give a try in new WM6.5s...

Since I was "stick" on 6.1s, I have a huge collection of "goodies" for the 6.1s, but few things about 6.5s...

I have few things I wonna change and I need a hand.

There's what I'm talkin' about:

1) I've seen many WM6.5 layouts, but none of theme have TRUE 1% battery life indicator... I'm looking for 6.1 & 6.5 roms, taskbars with red coloring icons and TRUE 1% battery indicator (100, 99, 98, 97... 4, 3, 2, 1, etc.). Any help, fellas?

2) I'm looking for a "glass"/transparent skin, both for Titanium (Classic & Neo) and for M2D, because most of skins are covering almost the 80% (at least) of the wallpaper. Anything?

3) It's really odd that "cookers" are using really loud soundeffects for some notifications... My problem is with the "Stylus TICK" on screen, when you touching the screen with the stylus... I have a huge collection with perfect wav files... and I CAN'T figure out how am I replacing the damn "tick" sound! Some told me to rename mine to "Alarm2.wav" and copy-pasting it into the Windows directory... I did it, nothing changed... Any ideas?

4) Is there any way to using DIFFERENT wallpapers for the different sectors of the rom? For instance, 1 wallpaper for the Home screen (Titanium or not), a different for the menus' screens (Programs, Settings, etc.) and a different for the AutoLock screen???... And how can I do it?

5) Can someone explain me simply, how this NEW FEATURE, this "XDA_UC" auto-install works? And can I have that "Cab Directory" in my Storage Card and THROUGH there to launch the installs???

Titanium classic is the one that covers the least amount of screen real estate. You can use Jeffreys theme- http://www.modaco.com/content/i9x0-omnia-h...s/#entry1068018 and use the WM7 hybrid one for transparency. For M2D I use this theme- http://www.modaco.com/content-page/274993/...nia/page/2620/# its about halfway down by Styla. Another thing Ive done is change the weather graphics from displaying all ove the screen as I too hate there being too much stuff on the screen.

To change most things in the Windows directory you have to use Resco Explorer 2010 or Total Commander as it will overwrite the original files whereas with normal explorer when you paste into the windows directory it will make a copy of the same file and not overwrite it.

With the wallpapers M2D will have a different wallpaper to titanium but you cant have a different wallpaper in titanium and the start menu. If your using S2U2 you can assign a different wallpaper but for the standard WM6.5 lock ive seen it done on Ock's ROM's where there will be a separate wallpaper to the windows one but usually Smartlock will use the wallpaper set as default.

I dont use XDA_UC as theres not much to install for myself,maybe 3-4 programs depending on whats cooked in like ftouchsl,Ph0nex and maybe a media player if needed.

For the "visual" issues, I'll check the threads...

For the other issues, I'm still have problems.

Also, another issue came... I can't update Titanium Weather whatever I'm doing! I've installed Showaco BeyondInvisibleIcons.cab & WeatherFix.cab, I've set the correct ZIP code for my city,... nothing happent and the LARG error menu is still there.

Help?????

I've try couple of "chefs'" roms, with M2D & Titanium (6.5s)...

I think, the new M2D builds (v2 or not) are NOT stable as they were 1-2 older vers... Also, almost ALL 238x builds had problems.

I think I'll give a try to older builds...

Still didn't solve at all the M2D or Titanium weather update...! I was so tired to do so and I... disabled everything and I used Today screen with Pocket Weather plugin (again, as I did with 6.1s). So what's the point using "high-tec" UIs like M2D and others, when they're not working properly?

I didn't find a thread for LockScreen customizing, with themes & such... Also, I didn't find a transparent theme for M2D... Finaly, I didn't find a simple "HTC like" pack of taskbar's icons, with a decent/true 1% battery meter...

Well... I'll give a try (again) to a couple more WM6.5s and... I'll probably return to the GREAT KC's 6.1 build 21001 (from Omnia II).
