Guest Graham Wood Posted March 6, 2010 Report Posted March 6, 2010 (edited) I paid T-Mobile for my unlock code (and probably shouldn't have) - and have got a 16 digit code. When i tried to type this in, the UI only accepted the first 8 digits. I've reflashed with the december update (just in case that was the problem, since I was using a firmware from here), and the situation is the same. Before I can T-Mobile to find out what they're playing at (e.g. code being double length) - anyone got any suggestions? I really don't want to give them any more money than I have to :/ Thanks Update: Thanks to klutsh: I'm a moron, and can't read. Edited March 6, 2010 by Graham Wood

Hope this helps
Guest klutsh Posted March 6, 2010 Report Posted March 6, 2010 Unlock codes are 16 digits in length. Make sure it is asking for a SIM Unlock code.
Guest Graham Wood Posted March 6, 2010 Report Posted March 6, 2010 I unlocked my phone through him and I must say that the service is really good! Unfortunately, my opinion of Paypal is even worse than my opinion of most mobile phone companies. I make a point of not using any company that only offers paypal. This costs me money at time, since paypal stuff is online and therefore normally cheaper than the alternatives, but it's a "small price to pay" for avoiding paypal. Hope this helps Not really <_<
