Flan Lockscreen - Eris port

Anyone know how to get the flan lockscreen working on the desire ports? I really hate the sense lockscreen >_>

rm HtcLockScreen.apk

rm HtcLockScreen.odex

reboot[/codebox]

This will give you the standard 2.1 lockscreen (Backup first, in case you want to go back)

you can use 'mv'

like:

mv bark.apk moo.apk

Stock lockscreen doesnt have a wallpaper if I remember correctly...

Stock lockscreen just hides icons and widgets from the homescreen.

Just tested, and it doesnt hide anything. Its a little cluttered back on eris lock screen unfortunatly. Would be good if it did have a wallpaper (or used homescreens one). best stick with Sense imo.

I removed the sense lockscreen on Villainrom because I prefer the flan lockscreen but there is one big problem I found with it, if you use the Alarm clock there is no way to turn it off as I found out at 4.30am this morning <_< I ended up having to turn the phone off to get it to stop! lol

Any way to get the 2.1 lockscreen to work on MCR?

(Lockbot isn't an alternative as it is slow and clutters up my Handcent popups.)

HAHA! That happened to me this morning too xD. Too bad because I hate the horrible arch of the HTC Lockscreen.

just tried this, but it dont look nice with the transparency as the clock overlays the clock i have on my home screen :/

I have it on either a black analog clock or the zoomed out homescreen view.
