Need viigo help

I tried installing viigo from the marketplace. It installs just fine, and when I click on it, it launches a little viigo box. But then it crashes out on me, saying I need to install .net compact frameworkv35 messages en cab to see the error message. After a lot of searching, I found it and installed it, only to have it tell me viigo cannot be launched. I have .net framework 3.5, and the app only requires 2.0. I would love to have this app, but I can't get it to work. I even tried downloading directly from viigos website. What gives?
