HTC Sync with modaco

Hello,

I'm new with android and modaco. I bought a HTC Hero from someone else and modaco was installed.

Now I want to put all my outlook contacts in my phone and it seems that HTC Sync doesn't find my Hero.

Could it be HTC sync isn't installed anymore on my phone? How can I check it? If it's really gone, how can I reinstall it? If it's there, what could be a solution?

I know it's a lot of questions, but I still hope you will be able to help me!
