apps in market, cant see EA apps.

So... I have been flashing my phone non stop since I got it a couple of weeks ago as there is always something new coming out for it <_<.

Currently though I am back on stock rom as I didn't like the new mcr 1.8 with the lights and that isn't an option in the kitchen yet (battery drain), looking forward to next version

However I just noticed that I can't find any EA apps in the market, I am using the latest 54b rom but chose the option to have the fingerprint as 27b.

However if I search for bejeweled etc it just won't show up nor any of their other apps

I've been googling and come up with hits saying that rooted phones can't see protected items in the market.

Is that what is happening here?

Using the new EPE54B Rom with the ERE27 fingerprint a search for EA comes back with several EA mobile games (Bejeweled, The Sims 3, Spore Origins, Tetris). I am rooted as well. Using Cyan's old roms when they were beta roms I was able to see protected apps as well.
