Looking for 2 Widgets

Hi there.

After using a 2.1 ROM for three days, I flashed back to MDC 3.1. Imho it's the best ROM for the Hero so far.

But now I'm really addicted to 2 Widgets I used in 2.1.

First: I'm looking for a "Sync Now"-Button Widget. I don't want to navigate through all those menus. The Shortcut is great and I really miss it.

Seconds: In 1.5, there are only 2 calendar widgets. 2.1 has one more called "Agenda". It shows the upcomming events in a list and it's nicer than the month-view.

Are there any chances to extract those two widgets and run it under 1.5?

Another thing for which I don't want to open a new topic: Peep (Twitter App) won't update the Widget itself. I have to update it manually and that's a pain in the ass because I'm not getting any notifications. I activated the option to check every 15 minutes but nothing happens. Any Ideas on this problem?

For the agenda widget, download 'android agenda widget' it looks nice and has similar functionality to the HTC widget in 2.1...

I tried that once before but it's imhe overloaded. Didn't like it.

Is there no chance to port those 2 Widgets to 1.5?
