Battery Useage missing?

Am I crazy, or did there used to be a battery usage option in the settings menu that would tell you how much battery each application was responsible for consuming.

I want to know if Locale is a major drain on battery (since installing a new plugin), but can't find the option anywhere. I know there used to be one.

When did it disappear?

Or is it still there and I'm just crazy?

This page:

Says that it can be found under Settings -> About Phone -> Battery Use

But it's not there on my phone (MCR 3.2b5)

Does anyone know any more about this?

Or can tell me about an app that does a similar thing?

Cheers.

As far as I know there is no option of battery usage in Firmware 1.5, I think it is there in Android 2.1 or else the link which you gave stats that there is a free app called PowerTutor on the market, so you can go check that.
