Best ROM with SamsungOnlineWidgets?

I recently flashed back to stock CF03 for a few days, and it was a nice experience (excluding 6.1 of course). I can't stand the shrinking memory, in addition to other issues, so my flash abstinence and oath to "just be happy with the damn phone" looks to be coming to an end (after less than a week). I did find that I was surprisingly happy with the widgets, though. I know that there are a few cab files for the widgets out there, but I've always found them lacking for one reason or another. I also enjoyed the Lioryte/WoZzer Stock 6.5 ROM, but had the same issue with memory. I want a 6.5.x ROM with all the latest awesomeness, WITH memory, and WITH the ability to run the widgets smoothly. Anyone else do anything like this and can point me in the right direction here?
