Guest qvert Posted March 12, 2010 Report Posted March 12, 2010 baah. i hope they do not make sense ui default for new ota updates. that would suck! i second that! i don't like sense.. its okay for the "normal" user but for me as a heavy user and it guy... i don't like it <_<

Simple.. Disable Rosie Defaults.. Then choose Launcher and stay on 2.1 Stock.. Done.. Think Guys, Think.. Edited March 12, 2010 by GodDriven
Guest metatron Posted March 12, 2010 Report Posted March 12, 2010 Don't see this happening, I'm going for mistake - could be wrong, but my guess would be nexus will stick with google stock, and HTC will keep their tweaks to themselves.
Guest commodoor Posted March 12, 2010 Report Posted March 12, 2010 I can KISS you.. I swear I can say This is the best thing I needed.. Lets not get to personal (unless you are a woman <_< ) haha i second that! i don't like sense.. its okay for the "normal" user but for me as a heavy user and it guy... i don't like it  I used Hero with sensui, there are some nice stuff in SensUI but i also like the N1 interface. its a real though decision i think.
Guest tropmonky Posted March 12, 2010 Report Posted March 12, 2010 (edited) Wow, this is HIGHLY doubtful as google doesn't support third party software... The N1 Will never come with SENSE UI on it stock... Only HTC distributed phones will come with Sense UI. I'll bet money on it.. Any takers? Edited March 12, 2010 by tropmonky

I thought that verizon said it would distributed by google self so its hard to belief that it will come with SensUI
Guest JonnyRockets Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 Update: That was quick -- it seems Verizon has already updated its specs to remove the reference to Sense http://www.engadget.com/2010/03/12/verizon...e-have-sense-u/

Guest cezent Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 that's a shame, was thinking it might help Paul with sorting out the FM radio in the desire ROM <_< oh well..
Guest qvert Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 Guys.. Simple.. Disable Rosie Defaults.. Then choose Launcher and stay on 2.1 Stock.. Done.. Think Guys, Think.. it's not a question about disabling sense it's about delaying future android updates think guy... think....
Guest tropmonky Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 Hahaha, that info about SenseUI being on the Verizon N1 made the rounds at ALL the blog sites.... None of the blog sites even called it out as most likely not being true.... You'd think they would be a little smarter than that. I was hoping it would be true because it would prob help with the port over, at least a little... I doubt it will be that hard for them to port over the retail SenseUI once it's out.. @cezent : the N1 DOES NOT HAVE A FM CHIP as far as I was told, so it's not a matter of PAUL or ANYONE figuring out how to make it work...
Guest inf Posted March 13, 2010 Report Posted March 13, 2010 @cezent : the N1 DOES NOT HAVE A FM CHIP as far as I was told, so it's not a matter of PAUL or ANYONE figuring out how to make it work... Sorry dude, you're mistaken. N1 does have a FM chip. It's integrated to the Quallcomm BT chip, so it's just been blocked by Google.
