RaiderX303, Great work, first impressions are good. Can confirm the existence of all your known issues, other issues experienced currently are:

• Exchange Active Sync doesn't work (fix in my post below)
  
• WIFI connection seems to take a while to wake up & initiate once device woken up/screen unlocked
  
• Roughly a 1 second delay between the phone ringing & screen waking up & contact information displayed (contact info is stored on the phone directly)
  
• Experienced a couple of times, but not consistently, when paired with my bluetooth in-car kit, after one received call, the paired connection appears to drop and phone bluetooth needs to be turned on/off again to re-initiate the paired connection.

Exchange Active Sync Error can be fixed by doing the following (Not my work, just sharing)

Exchange ActiveSync Account Creation Error:

This is due to the HTC device being called "HTC HERO" the space is treated as an illigal character and this causes the error.

You need to edit the

/system/build.prop

changing

ro.product.model=HTC Hero

ro.product.name=HTC Hero

to

ro.product.model=HTCHero

ro.product.name=HTCHero

This can be done using ADB

1.) adb pull /system/build.prop ./build.prop

2.) Edit the file and save

3.) adb remount

4.) adb push build.prop /system/

5.) Reboot your device
