Guest Zeew Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 Hi, My voice sounds bad when people call me on my Acer. But I can hear them very well. Any idé what I do? Is there an app for this? /Zowie
Guest MrVanes Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 I've had the same problem and we discussed the problem here: http://android.modaco.com/content/acer-liq...gh-mic-speaker/ For me it was only fixed after I received a replacement phone...
Guest Mr.r9 Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 I believe that it is an issue with the 1.6 Android. When I moved to 2.1, people told me that my voice issues got solved. MrVanes, are you on 1.6 or 2.1?

Thanks! This worked. It's better but not good. I used: The link is: http://www.mediafire.com/?nwxomlgymfy To install: adb remount adb push AudioPreProcess.csv /system/etc adb push AudioPara4.csv /system/etc adb push AudioFilter.csv /system/etc adb shell reboot After that you will be all good to go.[/codebox] Maby I can edit the files? If so, how? Or any other ides? /Zowie Edited March 17, 2010 by Zeew
Guest MrVanes Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 I'm on 2.1 now, but my listeners told me they heared big improvement with the stock 1.6 OS. I played with the Audio files as well, but noticed that they need a reboot and my guess is that the sound quality degenerated over time, so allways 'good' after reboot (i.e. playing with the audiofiles) and one day later it sucked hard again. Anyway it was bad enough to demand a replacement which I got (eventually).
Guest MrVanes Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 Maby I can edit the files? If so, how? Never found a decent explanation of the parameters. They look like parametrized equalizer settings but I have no idea about min/max and the used keys.
