Cannot Connect As Modem

Hello all. Thanks for all of the help so far! I've been doing research for months now, attempting to change the PRL on i910's. I have done it successfully on one device (bought 2 online from same vendor). Now, whenever I connect a device I am either getting a message that says "Error in reading phone's status in DM." or it's telling me that it can't open the port.

Tools:

Vista 64-bit

PSTlite

Like I said: I did it successfully on one device. Now, for some reason, it won't recognize that I've connected any i910's unless they are in mass storage mode. Any help or ideas available?

Troubleshooting attempted:

Tried any and all other USB ports

Tried different USB cable

Tried restarting computer

Tried Hard Resetting i910
