Howto change specific icon of the Folder widget?

Hi,

I would like to know if there is someone who can tell me where to find the resource to edit the icon for the Folder widget on the Home screen.

See attachment for a screenshot.

I use the folders to quickly access common used applications. But find the icon not very nice and I would like to change it :) Is there some simple way to do this? Is there a resource file which I can edit for example?

You could try Apps Organizer from the Market, it's free. I believe the same dev also has another program to help you organize more than just apps too.
