Real, they've been working on this project for awhile http://www.modaco.com/content/i9x0-omnia-h...-samsung-omnia/. Its still not fully functional but it boots. I don't think there using Ubuntu anymore but instead using a lighter mobile version.

As much as I love Ubuntu I don't see the practicality of putting it on the omnia. I'am however supporting it because the same drivers can be used for the andromnia project, so I say let em go at it.

It's a dead project just like adromnia. No one is working on drivers so you cannot do much with it.

Its real, but until someone can get beyond the "you can't use it for a phone" roadblock its just cute.

And that's coming from someone that uses Ubuntu Linux on a daily basis.
