Guest BigBearMDC Posted March 19, 2010 Report Posted March 19, 2010 Any ETA???? Is there anyone working on it? Thanks Yes, I'm working on it. But for the T-Mobile Pulse, not the Liquid. Basically I try to port it from the Hero, but ATM I'm not working anymore on it. Greetings, BigBear

Guest BigBearMDC Posted March 19, 2010 Report Posted March 19, 2010 But can we use it on liquid? If you port it of course. But the problem is that the Flash Player is pretty much built-in in the ROM, and thus requires many HTC specific libraries. I try to port the whole Hero ROM. So even if it works for the Pulse, it wouldn't work for the Liquid. But it would be a good point to start from though, I think. Greetings, BigBear

Greetings, BigBear BigBear you are talking about Flash Lite or Flash 10.1? Haven't heard of working 10.1 anywhere on the net. Edited March 19, 2010 by Borkata
Guest kylenk Posted March 19, 2010 Report Posted March 19, 2010 can people please tell me why this is such a big deal? i have no want or need to use flash on my phone. Any website that doesn't give you an alternative to flash is poorly built and ignorant....

For you may not be a big deal! for other it is :) There are many websites that don't have an alternative to flash, that are useful at least for me and I think it would be useful for many others out there! hmm sure it will be present in the 2.1 update?
