Opera Mini 5 is already on Android Market. it works well with Nexus One so yes it should be good for android 2.1.

No multi touch on Opera Mini 5, should be in Opera Mini 10 releasing later this year

Works on Raidroid v1.1 but Opera Link did not sync my bookmarks, only speedial and maybe a few other things. Don't know if it's related but I experienced connection problems with native browser after Mini5b install. So I removed Mini5b.

Had you done a search, you would have discovered that the 'Opera Mini' folder will be synchronized - any bookmarks put in there will also appear in Opera 5 Mini.

As for connectivity problems - I do not see how this can be related to Opera 5 Mini and I do not have your problem myself. Both browsers work without any issues.
