Disabling Volume Buttons

Hi,

I really love the design of the Pulse, except for one detail. I do not like the fact that the volume buttons are placed in an inconvenient place.

When I try putting the screen of my Pulse off ( by pushing the button on the left side ), I often push the volume buttons on the right side as well.

As a consequence of this, my volume changes without me knowing.

My question is simple : Does anyone knows, how to disable those buttons ?

Deep in Rom, i found the Keyboardlayout within those buttons, but i dont think that we just can disable them...
