favorite settings program tweak

is there a way to tweak favorite settings program so that it opens on the second page (One click settings) ....... the one with flashlite, airplane mode, etc etc.... I find this page is used 98% of the time and the other is useless almost......

I don't think that this can be done since it's the design of the program. It just starts up that way. If I'm wrong please let somebody correct me, but I'm having a hard time believing that this can somehow be altered.

thanks for the reply, i think you may be correct.... however, to a cooker or programmer it may be an easy fix? I would think that some people here should know, but the response has been very mediocre.
